CJSeto Support Services, LLC is looking to fill a contingent position of Project (Site) Manager/Environmental Lead in support of NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center at Edwards AFB. This work is performed at the Edwards AFB main campus location and Palmdale, CA.

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, or related field

Years of Experience: 10 years minimum in environmental disciplines; at least 5 years in a strategic role with responsibility for planning, reporting program execution, allocation resources and preparing/approving regulatory reporting.                                                                                                                                         

Strong management skills and regulatory knowledge are essential, including the ability to:

a) Interface directly with NASA organizations, other contractors and regulatory bodies

b) Ensure continuity of fully trained and qualified team to fulfill all contract requirements

c) Maintain timely, accurate records and reports are required to meet local and federal requirements

d) Manage all aspects of work to ensure safety and quality in every task

e) Develop and implement an effective management approach to include high levels of communication, conflict resolution and exceptional levels of service 

f) Program areas include supporting NASA AFRC's regulatory compliance, environmental permits and SME support for environmental plans, permits and reports in the following areas: EMS, NEPA, Air Quality, Water Program, Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste Management, Spill Prevention, Cultural & Natural Resources Management, and restoration. 

NASA or Air Force experience is preferred, and compliance experience with Cal EPA, CA DTSC and Los Angeles area Air Districts is essential.
