The Customer Service Representative, orCSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve anyemerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy andefficiency. The CSR ensures tactical alignment with all internal and external partiesin order to successfully process the on-time pickup and delivery requests ofour customers. In addition to the internal processes, we strive to provide ourcustomers (shippers/origins) with world-class customer service, working intandem with all departments to ensure the flawless delivery of our services. Akey focus of this position is ensuring that timely and effective communicationis always provided to both our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

* Serves as a liaison between senior CSR's and ourvarious operations departments for day to day activities.

* Partners closely with assigned senior levelCSR's.

* Minimal direct customer engagement.

* Ability to multi-task through many transactionaltasks while maintaining a strict level accuracy

* Provides accurate, valid and completeinformation by using the right methods/tools.

* Open and eager for coaching and developmentopportunities.

* Maintain data integrity with the transportationand order entry systems

* Demonstrate ability to follow account specificSOP's and work instructions, and identify where improvements can or should bemade.

* Handle a wide breadth of administrative duties.

* Heightened level of timely communications.

* Proactively works to retain business.

* Otherduties may be assigned as required by business needs

Qualifications

* HighSchool diploma required/Equivalency.

* ExcellentCustomer Service skills required. Minimum 1-3 years experience preferred

* 1-3years Transportation/Logistics experience preferred.

* Strongwritten and verbal communication skills are required.

* Welldeveloped organizational skills, with finely tuned attention to details are amust.

* Excellentproblem solving skills required.

* Computerskills required including proficiency using Microsoft Office software, Excel,Access, Google Docs and PowerPoint.
