Content Manager


The Content Manager creates new content strategies to drive revenue and build brand recognition. Manages the content team, promotes company goals through innovative content and campaigns, and supports other internal teams with marketing and sales material


* Manages the eCommerce content team, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures

* Develops comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals

* Plans, creates, and oversees the content production of all web-based sales and marketing materials

* Collaborate with content team for new ideas and content strategies

* Creates content release schedules

* Manages all online and print content materials and campaigns, including email campaigns and responses

* Tracks and documents content results; analyzes data, returns, and customer response

* Researches markets and industries to identify and apply innovative strategies


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Minimum of 5 years' experience with developing content and effective designs for websites and mobile applications

* Minimum of 3 years' management experience

* Excellent management skills for directing, coaching, scheduling, and assisting team members

* Knowledge of Wynright products preferred

* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Analytics

* Knowledge of keyword placement and SEO

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal supervision

* Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

* Strong presentation, verbal and written communication and listening skills

* Self-motivated and detail-oriented

* Team-oriented and collaborative
