Facility Manager

(1) Provide day-to-day oversight and supervision of services for the operation and maintenance of the Facilities to which this person is assigned.

(2) Create and follow up on corrective work orders as necessary, monitoring of work order completions – including follow up with Client Account Manager.

(3) Develop relationships with key representatives of Client in supporting Client's facility management goals and objectives.

(4) Act as clients' Point of Contact (POC) for demand/emergency work requests.

(5) Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of assigned duties and meet with Client's real estate management team on a regular basis to provide status and updates.

(6) Endeavor to ensure client satisfaction with delivery of FM Services for the Facilities and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.

(7) Support the JLL's account team in the implementation of short and long-term projects for Client.

(8) Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the JLL's Account Manager.

(9) Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for Client that relate to the Full Service Facilities to which this person is assigned.

Education/Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis

* Minimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultants

Skills and knowledge

* Strong organizational and management

* Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills

* Strong presentation skills

* Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient in MS Office, and MS Share Point

* Computer proficiency in CMMS Supervisory Responsibilities:

* Matrix manage both technical and administrative staff

* Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary
