Campaign Manager -IBM Campaign (Unica)-(Marketing Product Sr Spec)

The candidate will be responsible for supporting Individual & Family Plans (IFP) customer communications. This is business-facing technical and operational position, with an opportunity to further grow marketing and business competencies. This individual will attend kick-off meetings and requirements gathering sessions to understand the business request and facilitate completion of intake documentation. The candidate will be a member of the Campaign Management team, responsible for collaborating with business partners on campaign objectives, requirements and strategy. In addition, the individual will be responsible for all aspects of campaign design, development and execution, including:

* Requirements documentation

* Data discovery

* List management

* Vendor management

* Development in the IBM Campaign (Unica) software platform

* Test execution

* Deployment

A successful candidate must be driven, possess business consultative skills, have strong attention to detail and demonstrate excellent organization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business owners on the goals, design, documentation and deployment of acquisition and retention customer communication campaigns

* Learn business rules and underlying data to support the delivery of quick, reliable solutions with the highest level of precision and data quality

* Extract and summarize customer data by writing SQL queries

* Develop communication campaigns (email, direct mail, outbound phone) in the IBM Campaign (Unica) tool

* Manage each campaign with respect to internal and external relationships, competing priorities, timelines and costs

* Daily production support for existing campaigns

* Adhere to stringent quality control and testing procedures

* Follow best practices, processes, standards and strategy as it relates to campaign management

* Provide frequent progress updates

* Support campaign reporting and analytical insights

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* Minimum of 2 years of IBM Campaign (Unica) experience

* Strong SQL skills

* Strong data analysis skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrate and maintain a high regard for confidential and sensitive information
