Vaco has been engaged by a top investment firm in the Birmingham area who is in search of a Contract Administrative Assistant to join their team for the Summer. This person will assist with the daily management of administrative duties including answering calls, directing traffic, calendar management, inventorying, supporting the sales team and other projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and wear many hats
  • Self-starter who has the initiative to take on additional responsibilities without being asked
