Then the part-time (25 hour) Customer Service Representative at the North Billerica branch of Enterprise Bank may just be the right fit for you! You will play a key role in assisting customers with a variety of bank activities including deposits, money orders, savings bonds and more. Through your interactions, you will recognize opportunities to recommend products and services to meet customers' needs. You will be empowered to act independently to resolve customer issues and complete transactions accurately and efficiently – all while learning and growing with unlimited possibilities for your future!. Anticipated work schedule: Monday 9:45-4:15; Thursday 10:00-6:15; Friday 9:45-5:15; and Saturday 8:00-12:15

Requirements: Minimum of one year of customer service/teller experience preferred, but we are willing to train an individual who is flexible, eager to learn banking/teller software, and has one year of prior customer service and cash handling experience. Applicants must be punctual and able to work as a part of a team. High school diploma or GED required.
