Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative processes customer orders and returns, assures delivery dates, issues credits when necessary, sets up new customer accounts, and trains new department employees. Specific duties include: processing customer phone, fax, and e-mail orders through data entry; routing customers to appropriate departments; providing customers with product and pricing information; initiating, updating, and cancelling customer discounts; filing; processing credit cards; fulfilling customer requests for price quotations, and other miscellaneous duties.

Requirements: High School education and at least 3

  • years of related experience. This person must have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and computer literacy. Experience with SAP a plus.

Hours: The hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
