Working alongside the Executive Chef at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Chef de Cuisine who will be responsible for the planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in the daily activities of food preparation for The Belvedere kitchen.

Key Accountabilities

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Ensure that all kitchen personnel, and specifically The Belvedere personnel,follow and understand their job description.

Assists the Executive Chef to ensure the Hotels high standards are maintained and improved upon

General Requirements

Strong communication skills

Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment

An open and flexible schedule with the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships to ensure an exquisite dining experience for all hotel guests

Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
