An RN Cardiovascular Director with experience in integrating Clinical, Operational, Business Development, and Provider Services will stand out to Hiring Managers. The position will report to the Main Campus VP of Heart and Vascular with a dotted line to the Regional Hospital Group’s COO. This position will cover all Cardiovascular Services for over 800 beds and encompass outpatient and physician practices.
The right candidate for this Executive Nurse Director of Heart and Vascular Institute will be a relationship and team builder. In addition to System Integration and Service Line Expansion, Provider Recruitment will be paramount.
