Position Description

* Conducts customs and other government agency (OGA) (for example, anti-dumping, countervailing duty, Lacey Act, intellectual property rights (IPR)) reviews

* Conducts research and resolution on issues with other government agencies' (OGA) product regulations

* Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

* Executes consistent, repeatable, and documented processes that support the direct imports business to ensure compliance for the assignment of tariff and duty rates

* Maintains knowledge of statutory, legislative, and regulatory changes to understand compliance obligations

* Maintains the customs corrective action database

* Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

* Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications

* 1 year experience with word and database applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Access).

* Associate's degree in Business or related field OR 1 year experience in Business or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
