Position Requirements:

* Expert skill in project management application area, follow through action register, facilitate team meetings

* Ability to see the high-level overview of the organization and effectively negotiate and implement decisions and/or actions that support project delivery

* Influence team members for positive outcome; Ability to adjust to a changing environment or situation and to adopt a flexible approach that shifts according to the situation

* Proven People skills to work in cross-functional teams with can-do attitude

* Seeks effective way to generate ideas, alternatives, and possibilities

* Skill in budget management, financial planning and analysis

Capital Management with tracking of:

* Capital Budget & Cash flow track

* Part supplier selected, Toolmaker selection, eCAR approvals, Tooling PO

* Tooling initiated, Tool execution tracking, Tool release from toolmaker to molder

* Tooling delivery to final supplier, Tool trials coordination, Tool arrival date

* Drawing releases, Part & Assembly revisions, Manufacturability review tracking

* Production Parts Readiness & availability

* PPAP Initial Preparation, Schedule & Tracking

Basic qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree required

* 3+ years of proven program and project management experience of increasing size and scope

* PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Preferred qualifications:

* Excel/Google Sheets Macros/Scripting

* PPTA Software

* MS Office, Google Suite, Excel/Google Sheets Formulas & Charts, MS Project and/or SmartSheet

* Understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems
