We are recruiting for the following position(s):
Two (2) On-Call positions available for the Dental Clinic in Bellingham. The receptionist is needed to coordinate dental appointments, post patient data, generate dental records, assist dental provider in maintaining an appropriate flow of the front office, and to facilitate the delivery of dental care services to patients. Applicant must have basic computer knowledge, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work with a diverse multi-cultural population.
Requirement and/or Qualification:
- Ability to process at least 20 new patients per day
- Previous Dental Receptionist experience; Ability to type 40-45 wpm
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Customer service training and customer service oriented required
- Good organizational skills a must
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
