As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will provide thought leadership and hands on support administering REI's Ariba On Demand solution – Buying and Invoicing, Contract Management, Sourcing and more to come. The role is focused on combining system expertise and best practices to optimally support business requirements. * Ensures optimal system configuration balancing business requirements, best practices and solution standards.

* Drives towards more efficient and effective master data management that align to business and system requirements.

* Provides complex troubleshooting by partnering with both internal and external partners, as needed, to drive resolution.

* Responsible for evaluating new requirements and functionality to ensure ongoing system and process optimization.

* Ensures changes are assessed, tested and implemented with solid change management processes.

* Ensures detailed documentation for administration of the procure-to-pay system is created and maintained.

* Acts as an escalation point for those providing day-to-day Ariba system support to a large, geographically dispersed group of end users.

* Partner with IT and other stakeholders to ensure integrations points are managed optimally.

* Defines and optimizes supplier enablement process based on system configuration and business processes.

* Designs and ensures delivery of key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and other reporting as needed by the business.

* Stays abreast of procure-to-pay best practices and propagates this knowledge to others.

* Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Ariba system and related processes. Advocates for system and process design that aligns to best practices.

* Drives process improvement where identified.

* Manages program documentation (roadmap, issue tracking, etc.) effectively.

* Drives complex prioritization of program efforts to achieve greatest return on efforts

Bring your passion and expertise

* 4+ years of business-facing systems experience.

* 2+ years of Ariba system administration or similar experience.

* 2+ years of experience as team member or project manager of complex projects.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Finance or an IT discipline.

* Understanding of sourcing, contract management, procurement, accounts payable and/or general finance/business best practices and inter-dependencies.

* Knowledge of workflow, configuration and integration best practices.

* Ability to manage simple and complex change coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet deadlines.

* Consolidates information and feedback from various sources to reach, propose and action decisions.

* Advanced knowledge of common office software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.).

* Ability to document and improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodology.

* Demonstrated deep problem solving and analytical skills; great attention to detail.

* Builds rapport with all kinds of people inside and outside the organization.

* Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of communication methods and in various situations.

* Demonstrated ability to understand, advocate and explain functional and system requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
