Currently seeking a HR Coordinator / Executive Assistant in Wilmington, DE for one of our top Life Science clients for a 6+ month contract role. They need someone to serve as an Administrative assistant/Office manager for a regional sales office. Supporting upper management and regional management. Looking for someone that is happy being an admin and not just trying to get “foot in the door.” They want someone that is not seeking a higher level position later. This position is long-term contract and will not become direct hire. This has been hard to fill due to location and non/direct hire opportunity and finding someone that won’t get bored. This person has to be willing to do things like clean the break room.
H.S Diploma required, four year degree preferred
- 4+ years minimum of directly related experience as an administrative coordinator, senior secretary/assistant, executive assistant or office manager in a corporate environment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required
- Strong oral and written communication with ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software. Knowledge of general office equipment such as fax, printer, copier, and telephone systems; Typing 50+ wpm, etc.
Pay Rate $22- 26 per hour
