Summary

Oversee the office support staff providing overall responsibility for the accounting functions and contract administration assuring timely and accurate reporting to corporate finance.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee and assist with office Staff
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Month end closing process
  • Fixed assets management, including but not limited to computer registration, vehicle registration, equipment purchases, accounting for capital projects
  • Oversee tracking and reporting of stored material
  • Compile forecasts, reporting sales
  • Work to keep Comsense reports clean and accurate
  • Other relative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Current and valid US driver’s license preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong PC and systems skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Thorough knowledge of general accounting and financial processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Work Environment

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require business travel.
