A brand-new opportunity for a Nurse Director Women’s Services Family Birth Center has just become available with an outstanding short-term acute care hospital in vibrant Central New Mexico. 

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Women’s Services Family Birth Center is responsible for the entire Women’s Services service line, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and several satellite Women’s clinics. The Nurse Director Women’s Services Family Birth Center will have strategic oversight for meeting and exceeding operational goals, improving HCAHPS scores, and directing staff development.

The Nurse Director Women’s Services will be responsible for strategic planning, budget management, program development, policies and procedures implementation, performance improvement and compliance. The RN Director Intensive Care Unit will collaborate with other Nursing Directors, Ancillary Directors, Nursing Administration and Physicians in variety of committees within the hospital.
