As a Legal Coordinator, you will join an in-house team focused on contracts, corporate governance, and compliance, which will give the right person a chance to hone their skills in process management, contracts and corporate legal affairs.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator preferred
  • Experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting preferred
  • High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and contract management software
  • Superior attention to detail, memory, and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions (at the bottom of your resume, please list your favorite color) and ask clarifying questions where necessary
  • Ability to understand, follow, and drive compliance of processes and procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as they come in


  • Manage day to day workflow for the corporate legal team through our contract management system and email proxy
  • Oversee contract process for statements of work through coordination with legal, account management, and finance teams
  • Manage and organize corporate records and files
  • Assist Corporate Counsel team in compliance tasks as needed
  • Perform other research and administrative tasks as needed
  • Deliver superior customer service to all contacts, both internal and external
