The Supply Chain Architecture Project Leader within the Supply Chain Architecture team is responsible to apply strong, data-driven analytical thinking to identify and implement supply chain optimization opportunities to advance our business and to support our customers.

Lead cross-functional project teams to implement solutions to reduce costs and inventories, improve customer service, and to shorten lead-times. Evaluate current state, enterprise-wide, supply chain capabilities by applying data driven analytical thinking coupled with direct "go to Gemba" observations. Synthesize complex, data driven analyses into simple, clear, and concise messages. Lead in the development of future state supply chain strategies.


Lead cross functional projects in developing and integrating enterprise supply chain solutions to achieve the organization's strategic goals.

* Conceptualize, plan, and execute projects that require cross divisional and cross functional alignment to leverage enterprise economies of scale to reduce cost and drive value to our customers.

* Identify and implement supply chain improvements including cost reductions, risk mitigation, lead time reduction, and business simplification.

* Drive value to the bottom line by identifying internal and external supply chain best practices to deploy across the enterprise.

* Broadly examine multiple aspects of the supply chain to find optimization opportunities. Examples include manufacturing capabilities, sales forecasts and policies, real estate footprints, supplier capabilities, logistics, etc.

* Lead supply chain development projects to enable robust solutions for future product launches.

* Effectively communicate project status and organizational impacts to sponsors, delivery partners, and stakeholders using both written and oral communication.


* BA/BS required and MBA preferred with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

* Understanding of current technologies and ability to express complex supply chain concepts clearly.

* Ability to manage projects from beginning to implementation using leading technology.

* Develop deep knowledge of the Andersen Corporation's industry, products, services, supply chain, and competition.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate and sell complex supply chain concepts.

* Strategic and critical thinking to create vision and strategies considering the interplay of complex factors and effects.

* Requires flexibility, risk taking, and high tolerances of ambiguity.
