Join us in the fast-paced and exciting space of Talent Acquisition - Andersen Production Recruiting as our contract Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • In office lobby support for current employees and candidates
  • Orientation and new hire onboarding support
  • Handling of confidential employment information
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule interviews and meetings
  • Document creation and/or maintenance {e.g. data entry to standard reports, agendas, handouts}
  • Distribute correspondence and incoming mail, complete mailing projects
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper files
  • Assisting with employee referral bonus program
  • IT requests
  • Complete special projects as assigned

*This role is a part-time (32-hour) contract position, starting at 3 months.

Beginning December 4, 2021, all new hires will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their first day of work at Andersen. This new policy is part of Andersen’s ongoing commitment to protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers. A person is considered fully vaccinated fourteen days after having received a final COVID-19 vaccine dose (the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or a single Johnson & Johnson vaccine dose).

Qualifications

Qualification & Skill Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • 1+ years experience
  • Must have basic writing and communication skills
  • Establishes and maintains good interpersonal relationships
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Moderate computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and email
  • Ability to manage multiple and/or time dependent activities and quickly pivot between priorities based on the business needs
  • Adaptable and collaborative
  • High customer focus
