Goal of Job
We’re looking for talented Product Designers to design and create our new mobile app and website as we re-think shopping interactions. Our designers will be responsible for creating intuitive, innovative and inspiring design experiences, and should have a knack for visual details and holistic systems thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Design products in mobile and web—Create the interactions, designs and visual assets
  • Translate brand expression into amazing digital experiences
  • Sketch and prototype ideas to user test and quickly assess viability
  • Partner with UX, engineering, product management, and research to design impactful metrics-driven solutions

Experience Required

  • Love for commerce, fashion and design
  • Cross-platform design experience, specifically including mobile
  • User-centered design approach
  • Can design from scratch or evolve early stage designs using broad brand guidelines
  • Experience designing a product that has been shipped to market
  • Comfortable taking risks and and with ambiguity as you explore multiple design concepts to identify and build the most effective and delightful solutions
  • Cross-functional experience and have previously worked closely with engineers and product teams
  • Expertise working in Sketch
  • Ability to craft iconography that fits both brand and purpose
  • A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in interaction design with details on your role and contribution
