Position: Recruiter

Department: Talent Management and Development

Reports To: Talent Management and Development Manager

Classification: Exempt

Brief Summary:

Recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting throughout the corporate offices and assist international sites as requested. This positon will help the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy throughout the organization by using their skills to establish sound relationships with the organization and candidates, create recruiting strategies to ensure success in filling requirements, stellar research of industry, develop a strong network of passive candidates along with developing, maintain and reporting recruitment metrics as defined by the organization. The Recruiter will work collaboratively with team and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry.

Essential Functions:

Recruitment/Onboarding/Offboarding (70%)

* Develop and execute recruiting plans, procedures, and automation that are proactive based upon EO's business strategy. This includes recruiting blitz, sourcing checklists, feedback forms, etc.

* Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees

* Implement full-cycle of recruitment process, including researching appropriate recruiting sources for ad positioning and posting jobs. This includes utilizing social media, job boards and online electronic resources

* Source, pre-screen, and present appropriate candidates to hiring managers

* Respond to all candidates in a timely manner in line with EO's customer-centric philosophy

* Spearhead job description drafting, formatting, editing and proofreading

* Present corporate overview, history and walking tour of facility for all qualified candidates

* Prepare offer/rejection letters

* Support the onboarding process by providing necessary information to allow for ease of candidate into EO

* Schedule exit interviews and track exit data

* Handle entire immigration process and maintenance of internal immigration portal system

* Comply with all federal and state laws

Analyst (25%)

* Collect, compile and analyze data related to recruitment

* Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates dashboards, scorecards, and metrics

* Write detail reports and make oral presentations as requested

* Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines

Other (5%)

* Assist in rollout and implementation of human resources programs

* Identify and participate in continuous talent improvement initiatives

* Assist in all Talent Management and Development events

* Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

* Ability to access, retrieve, update and review files utilizing, Kronos, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Word and other software

* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, managers, or employees of organization

* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Minimum Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree

* Strong project management, detail orientated, research and data analysis skills required

* Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

* Proven ability to assess priorities and manage a variety of complex activities simultaneously with excellent time management

* A high level of confidentiality required and matched with a deep respect for and commitment to protecting sensitive information
