The HRIS Analyst position isresponsible for providing support for Babcock & Wilcox's (B&W) HRinformation systems. This includes compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data,managing vendor(s) and troubleshooting moderate to high complexity issues. Thisrole is responsible for facilitating and supporting analysis and projects inthe areas of HR information systems and HR metrics/reporting. It will providesupport for the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation,Payroll, Training, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management. This positionwill report to the Director, HRIS & Payroll.

JobResponsibilities:

Reportingand Analytics

* Create and maintain reports that allow for repetitive, reliable use

* Identify data inconsistencies within the system

* Develop enterprise-wide human capital metrics and HR Dashboards to support HR functional groups and business unit leaders

* Assess needs and produce reports for analysis and decision making

ProductionSupport

* Support HR department in day to day activities which may include completing full cycle payroll process in test and production environments, entering employee benefit data, and researching and resolving compensation and recruiting issues

* Perform fit/gap analysis and assist in developing functional/technical design and process flow documents

* Analyze data, identify root causes of issues and provide feedback for improvements and solutions. Partner with IT regarding technical solutions

* Analyze the company's short-term HR information needs, plan and execute the changes necessary to meet those needs, and increase efficiency

* Conduct business requirement meetings with functional department managers, business process owners, and stakeholders

* Assist in developing and maintaining project plan/timelines

SystemMaintenance and Testing

* Conduct maintenance and configuration of HRIS system, including the Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Training, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management modules

* Review product release notes and patching documentation to identify changes and downstream affects

* Assist in developing testing strategies for all HCM modules

* Create and execute test scenarios for unit, system integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing

* Document, research, and resolve issues related to testing activities

* Coordinate testing activities with internal and external resources

Required qualifications, skills andexperience

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience

* 3 - 5 years of HRIS experience

* Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HCM

* Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables) and PowerPoint functionality
