Training and Compliance Manager

A Training and Compliance Manager job in Baltimore, MD is currently available through Belcan. You will plan, design, execute, and administer the training program in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Provide the training necessary to ensure employees perform their jobs according to Federal, State, Local, Company and Customer requirements. Must also ensure that the training quality is validated and updated as required. For this role, you must have a Bachelors degree (Technical or Administration) and five (5) or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Rail sector.

Training and Compliance Manager Job Duties:

Coordinate in-house and contract technical training as required by Training Matrix and other technical training requirements based on need.

Coordinate the development and distribute all new and revised policies and procedures.

Manage training, certification and re-certification records.

Design training programs, conduct in-house training.

Manage in-house technical trainer recruitment, performance and development.

Qualifications:

You have a Bachelors (Technical or Administration).

You possess five (5) or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Rail sector.

Technical skills/knowledge:

Health and Safety experience.

Administration of Collective agreements.

Proficient in technical writing and training design.

Strong written and verbal communication and public speaking skills

Successful management of small groups.
