Territory Sales Manager Training Program

The Territory Sales Manager Training Program targets success in training, developing and preparing degreed individuals to take on the responsibility of sales management in one of several territories within the US and Canada.The training program process is carefully designed to rotate through various branch positions, and shadowing Territory Sales Managers resulting in learning critical aspects of running a Goodman Distribution Branch. Once the company determines that all aspects have been sufficiently mastered, the trainee could be assigned to manage their own branch.
