Description: Under the direct supervision of the Cooler Manager, supervises & schedules all employees for the department. Plans work schedules for efficient utilization of labor force and to reduce overtime costs. Trains and manages all employees in the department. Responsible for the implementation of the safety program in his/her department. Monitors load out to prevent errors; wrong codes, shortages, etc. Responsible for department housekeeping and product code rotation. Responsible for the organization of all activities in his/her department, as well as communications with other departments. Responsible for maintaining discipline and high morale in his/her department. May perform other duties as directed by management.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
EDUCATION: Minimum of a high school diploma, some additional studies or seminars.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) or more years supervisory experience in related field.
