Interacts with our guests to ensure they have a great experience when dining in our restaurant. Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, special and relaxed.
Maintain a Guest focus while performing all duties
Assume 100% responsibility for our guests’ quality experience
Welcome and greet guests within two minutes.
Complete menu knowledge – able to answer questions regarding our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Make genuine recommendations of specific beverage, appetizer, entrée and desserts.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter in our POS system.
Pre-bus tables between each course.
Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas (including yourself)!
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment
Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers before they ask.
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Attend all scheduled employee meeting and brings suggestions for improvement. Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
