We are currently looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant at St. Elizabeth. The schedule for this position will be:

  • it is alternating weekends, from 2:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

The Neighborhoods at St. Elizabeth provides a comprehensive array of individualized rehab and nursing services to seniors in the Baltimore area. Our Administrative Assistant monitors the front desk and main phone lines, organize and maintain resident files, responds to inquiries, and represent St. Elizabeth to guests within the building.

This position will require the following:

  • High School Diploma (AA Preferred)
  • Ideal candidates have two years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Ideal candidates have a working knowledge of office practices
  • Have a strong understanding of customer service
