Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital

Requires one to three months on-the-job orientation to acquire necessary familiarity with department policies and procedures, work routines, and to learn to operate area-specific equipment. Previous work experience in food service is preferred. Requires the ability to operate standard kitchen machinery and read menus, work schedules and prices. Requires ability to interact effectively with hospital patients, visitors, and staff and to provide courteous service. Requires flexibility to cross-train in various positions.
