Customer Service Representative

Aerotek is currently hiring for SEVERAL call center representatives in the Baltimore area. MUST HAVE at least 1-2 years of either call center experience, receptionist, or just professional customer service experience.

These folks would be working with their Education client----Answering questions about financial aid, reimbursement, tuition, class schedules, admittance etc. etc.

SCOPE
Under close supervision performs work in accordance with established procedures, but must set priorities and organize work. Somewhat complex problem solving practices are used to assist the customer by using client specific knowledge base systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Confer with customers either by specific scripts (outbound) or to assist the customer with answers to their questions using client systems and knowledge base for inbound projects.

Works with multiple client-specific strategies for servicing accounts.

Works with multiple client CRM systems and knowledge base systems.

In some cases may provide email and or live chat support.

Refers problematic customer calls to management when necessary.
