Architect - WorkPlace (4-8 yrs. exp.)

CallisonRTKL seeks a Project Architect to join its Workplace Practice Group located in Baltimore. The position is focused on the programming, design and delivery of mid-to-large scale projects for corporate, government and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

* Works closely with senior staff supporting technical and design tasks

* Assists in programming, planning and conceptual design

* Assists with design and construction documents

* Develops drawings, renderings and graphic documents

* Conducts research for the project team

* Assists in the development of reports, schedules and estimates

* Organizes files, materials, and displays

* Provides technical guidance to junior staff

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field

* Minimum 4 years of architecture experience preferred

* Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees

* Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships

* Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

* LEED accreditation preferred
