A Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to customers involving deposit and loan transactions, receipt and payment of cash, identifies customer needs and suggests appropriate Bank services. This position will also be responsible for performing account opening, closing, CD renewals, etc. and/or supervision of the Customer Service line. May be required to work at other branch locations. Our branches operate Monday through Saturday; Saturday availability is required.
Education: Associate degree in business or related field.
Experience: Cash handling experience is required, previous banking knowledge is preferred.
Skills: Candidates will have strong customer service, sales and relationship building skills. Well-developed communication skills are a must.
