Field Service Supervisor

Primary Job Responsibilities

* Service ALS and GOP accounts

* Handle Day to Day Service Business for Service Techs.

* Support business development efforts directly.

* Handle Safety Procedures as to Company Policy.

* Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.

* Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required.

* Any additional duties required by management team.

Job Requirements

* Ability to learn ALS and GOP products

* MS Office skills (Excel and Word) and SAP knowledge

* Positive and strong attitude

* Detail-oriented, organized and analytical

* Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive direction

* Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external

* Relationship-building abilities with both customers and co-workers

* Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
