Job summary

The AWS Americas Field Marketing team is looking for a Sr. Campaign Manager to own the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for the executive (C-suite) audience.

In this key role, you will contribute to the overall audience marketing strategy, and be responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns that deliver on priority business goals and objectives.

The Americas geo consists of Canada, LATAM, and the United States. Americas Field & Partner Marketing has five customer segments: Digital Native Businesses (DNB), Enterprise (ENT), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Small to Medium Business (SMB), and Startups (SUP). Our goals are focused on lead acquisition, conversion, and pipeline contribution across these geos and segments.

The Americas Integrated Campaigns team is a newly-formed planning and campaign function within field marketing. You'll join a team of fellow campaign managers to drive campaign best practices and integrated campaign plans that make a big impact on our shared marketing goals.

Position may be located in Austin, TX, or near any Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office only. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.

The Sr. Campaign Manager will execute and manage end-to-end campaign planning for their designated sales segment or audience (i.e. IT decision makers, Business decision makers, or CxOs) - always ensuring that the campaigns are aligned to strategic business objectives. A main priority of the campaign manager is to design and implement a connected customer journey for the audiences they address. Campaign managers consult and influence across various functions, including global marketing teams, sales teams, partner marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, and field marketing, always operating in a collaborative approach.

Basic Qualifications

· 7+ years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing role.

· Experience driving demand generation efforts using multiple marketing channels.

· Experience working closely with field marketing or sales and account teams to develop collaborative plans.

· Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.com or other email and CRM platforms.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Communications, or comparable education/experience.

Preffered Qualifications

· MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree.

· Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.

· A team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders – product marketing, global marketing and sales teams

· Excellent understanding of the customer journey, including digital marketing concepts and metrics

· Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email and other digital campaign optimization

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time

· Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and take action when faced with ambiguity

· Track record of driving large-scale marketing campaigns with significant associated budgets

· Understanding of technology buyer journeys and post-sale support

· Experience managing agency partners and creative/content development

· Experience using Salesforce, Adobe CQ, Adobe Target, and other email, CMS and targeting marketing platforms

· Ability to dive into what's working, what's not, and make recommendations for improvements

· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role

· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $100k - 160k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
