- Partner with hiring managers to create, lead and implement strategies to identify, attract and hire top-quality sales talent;
- Be the search expert by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements;
- Develop innovative and creative recruitment / sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidate pipelines for current or future roles;
- Conduct competency based and culture fit interviews to find the best fit for each opening;
- Effectively build and engage with talent communities through social media outlets and local groups and meetups;
- Create the best candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding.
- 2+ years of full life-cycle sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment;
- Experience using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles;
- Ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast changing environments;
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills;
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication.
