The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative information and analyses across different departments, drawing conclusions from data, and implementing ways to improve our processes and profitability. Someone with a great work ethic and a willingness to learn is exactly who we're looking for. This position will be reporting to the Director of FP&A.


* Analyze and evaluate the company's operating results.

* Create and update weekly metrics for brand and department dashboards.

* Prepare monthly and quarterly analysis of budget to actual and prior period financial results.

* Determine and analyze profitability of brand lines and processes.

* Assists with preparation of inputs and maintenance of company's budgets.

* Work with Director of FP&A and CFO to prepare departments for monthly financial meetings.

* Analyze effects of product mix, volumes, pricing and other factors on profitability.

* Perform special projects as needed.


* 0-3 years experience

* BA/BS in Finance, Business or related field such as computer science, math, or engineering.

* Highly proficient with Excel and able to quickly learn software applications.

* MS SQL and Adaptive Insights experience a plus.

* Understanding of the three major financial statements and the ability to explain them to a non-finance individual.

* High attention to detail and the ability to perform data analysis for extended periods of time.

* Prior experience in financial, operational, and/or statistical analysis preferred.

* Strong communication, influential and organizational skills.

* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, fast growth environment.
