As the eCommerce Systems Manager, you are a key member of the IT and eCommerce team supporting enhancement and delivery of YETI initiatives across product development, customer experience, business development, sales, marketing and digital. The eCommerce Systems Manger is a key cross-functional leader across YETI and owns enhancing and maintaining YETI's eCommerce systems to help drive YETI's strategic roadmap.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Leading eCommerce initiatives cross-functionally to achieve business results with high quality and timeliness

* Defining requirements and staffing requirements for projects and enhancements end-to-end, and owning the successful conformation of expected results and outcomes with stakeholders.

* Aligning activities, reevaluating backlogs and priorities to align with Digital roadmap and to support AOP

* Ensure business process diagrams, functional and technical specifications and other documentation for projects and enhancements are aligned with business requirements and

* Directing work efforts of the eCommerce Analyst and other YETI resources to achieve desired results

* Effectively work cross-functionally across YETI teams, including IT, marketing, digital, customer experience and sales

* Managing development backlog and sprints with teams across multiple initiatives in an agile framework

* Manage relationships with 3rd party providers and consultants of eCommerce integrations and services

* Balance competing priorities and multiple in-flight requests in a timely manner to effectively manage stakeholder expectations

* Effectively manage 3rd party service providers and consultants

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours if necessary to meet department and corporate goals and objectives

* Use of service desk to manage intake and capture of requests, and to track and document actions taken and status

Qualifications:

* 10 years of eCommerce experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento or other enterprise platforms

* 5 years of experience with agile methodology

* Forwarding thinking vision and knowledge of customer experience, online trends, and key eCommerce drivers

* In-depth understanding of web design concepts and best practices

* Extensive experience managing and sourcing 3rd party service providers, partners, and consultants

* Able to troubleshoot issues, an expert problem solver who can quickly and proactively identify and resolve issues and is able to independently conduct root cause analysis

* Ability to multitask and effectively manage a large backlog of requests and in-flight initiatives

* Expertise with concepts related to business system development, including project management, change control, Incident Management, and IT Controls/Audits

* Proficiency with team collaboration and defect / issue / service request management tools, such as JIRA

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to think critically, thoroughly and analytically when resolving technically complex problems

* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills

* Expertise in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook )

* Appropriate degree from an accredited college
