The role of the Conference Services Manager

BASIC PURPOSE: The Conference Services Manager is the central contact for all group sales events. This includes overseeing reservations, transportation, room assignments, deliveries and amenities. The Conference Services Manager is able to coordinate with hotel operations to ensure all client requests are executed to the finest detail. Must be able to understand contract agreements, pricing, BEO's and meet deadlines. Food and beverage knowledge will be beneficial in suggesting creative menus, wine pairings and upselling. Previous experience is preferred, but candidates with hotel operations management experience will be considered. Knowledge of Delphi is beneficial. Some holidays, weekends, evenings may be required. 2 years previous experience in Catering/ Events is preferred.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, follow through on tasks in a timely manner, the ability to multi-task and problem solving if issues arise.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience.

US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
