THE OPPORTUNITY: This VP, Senior Trust Administrator position represents an opportunity to join a deeply rooted community Bank and Wealth Management group, with a rich history and loyal customer following. The Wealth Management Group is an integral part of Old Second National Bank, the market share leader in Kane and Kendall counties.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES: The selected candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate valuable impact by collaborating with an experienced team of Administrative Trust Officers. You will be fully supported in the following accountabilities:

* Using your client relationship skills to develop, acquire and maintain relationships with key clients with comprehensive financial services needs.

* You will also have the opportunity to personally manage a portion of the department's more significant personal trust relationships.

* Partner across the enterprise with all other profit centers (Investments, Wealth Advisors, Commercial, Residential and Retail) to deliver a high level of sales and service to relationship managers and their clients.

* Partner with in-house Subject Matter Experts to ensure the highest quality of fiduciary services.

THE SPECIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and requirements:

* 5+ years' Trust Administration experience to include delivering top-notch client services as well as internal fiduciary guidance and expertise.

* Quantifiable understanding of Trust Administration, especially with regard to compliance with governing laws and regulations specific to trusts and estates, tax and changes in the fiduciary landscape.

* JD preferred.

* History of developing strong relationships with clients and centers of influence to ensure the highest level of retention and opportunity to grow clients' overall relationships with the Bank.

* Ability to build relationships with team members and other Profit Centers to ensure client calling strategy is collaborative and effective.

* A keen interest in personal development and career progression that could potentially lead to management.

* Local client base and centers of influence beneficial.

* Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player and collaborator.
