TheRegulatory Affairs group primary function is to monitor and evaluate futureregulations specific to the US emission requirements. This involves interactingwith government agencies, trade organizations and various professionalorganizations to anticipate future regulatory requirements and to understandhow those regulations could impact the company. The intern will assist with duties related in facilitating theseresponsibilities and in return, obtain a comprehensive understanding of theregulatory requirements necessary for vehicle sales in the US.

* Becomeinvolved early in the development process of future regulations and to provideinput as to what is necessary to meet these regulatory requirements.

* Assesscurrent and future specific regulatory relative to overall fleet requirements.

* Provide interpretation for current regulations and answersquestions from the various operational groups when necessary.

* Supportinteraction with the appropriate regulatory agency to provide guidance orclarification on regulatory interpretations.

* Must have been enrolled or recent graduate ofa University/College within the last six months

* Majorin Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical field.

* Generalknowledge of vehicle powertrains, advance vehicle technology and/or emissioncontrol systems.

* Strongskills in MS Excel, Word.

* Experiencewith developing presentations is desired.

* Maintainhigh level of attention to detail.
