For our automotive division we are currently looking for a HR Specialist, based in the Auburn Hills, MI.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing research in the quoting & bidding process for new business in existing (brownfield) or new (greenfield) locations. HR Specialist will also be responsible for North America Metrics, eBPD People reporting, Talent & Succession Planning process, Workforce Planning analytic and reporting, Program analytics to measure success and other monthly reporting which is required timely and accurate. In addition, be an integral part of the Internship Program, College Hiring Program as well as enhancing the Hourly Recruiting process.

Responsibilities outlined below are:

* Gathering and analyzing all relevant HR data, partnering with HR Business Partners and our Compensation & Benefits (C&B), for RFQ's (Request for Quote's) for new and existing countries/locations of interest within North America, including but not limited to:

* Wages, benefits, employers costs

* Labor relations practices and employment legal rules and regulations (CLA)

* Labor market data (e.g. unemployment rates), recruitment activities and sourcing channels

* Inflation rates

* Reports in standardized Excel and PowerPoint formats

* Work together with business HR and C&B to build and maintain HR database to be used for (future) pricing models and benchmarking labor markets for the applicable countries/locations

* Build network of contacts to provide relevant HR data

* Define recruitment strategy and calculation of recruitment costs

* Prepare effective and persuasive customer presentations

* Monthly North America Metrics

* Monthly eBPD - People objectives

* Responsible for inquiries to our website - repectfully responding or directing to appropriate resource

* Creation and maintenance of Talent and Succession Plan database

* Workforce Planning Analytics and Reporting

* College Hire program coordinator

* Internship program coordinator

* Creating videos for recruiting and onboarding of hourly team members

* Reporting and Analytics

Requirements

* Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or other Bachelors Degree with equivalent HR work experience.

* Minimum 1 relevant work experience in HR

* Affinity with HR areas as C&B, recruitment, labor market and labor & employment law.

* Preference for track record in Project Management and working with HR systems and processes.

* Demonstrated experience in Excel and other supporting tools.

* Experience working with Databases and other Information Systems

* Ability to analyze HR data and make effective and persuasive presentations.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Customer service minded, with 'can do' positive attitude.

* Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently in a fast paced changing environment and effectively manage short deadlines.

* Proven to be able to work under pressure in a demanding environment.

* Strong oral and written communication and influencing skill, being able to bring message across in simple but accurate way to all levels in organization
