Systems & Process Specialist, Supply Chain

Role Summary:

The Systems & Process Specialist, Supply Chain position is responsible for maintaining master data within TireHub's ERP system and optimizing processes to ensure accuracy of the data. This responsibility is the foundation of success for our replenishment and inventory planning system.

This position will play a key role in business process documentation and leading ERP system enhancement initiatives across operations and IT teams. They will serve as a central point of contact for field operations on TireHub's ERP system and process related questions.

The Systems & Process Specialist, Supply Chain is a key position on TireHub's Sales and Operations Planning team, reporting directly to the Manager, Supply Chain.

Role Specifics:

  • Drives implementation of item master data, including product, vendor and replenishment parameters, in a timely manner enabling sales growth initiatives
  • Works directly with internal TireHub business teams and suppliers to align on requirements and solutions.
  • Maintains in-depth understanding of processes and capability needs for master data.
  • Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data inputs are accurate and providing reliable, consistent outputs in reporting.
  • Maintains process for managing field communications and responding in a timely manner.
  • Maintains in-depth understanding of processes and capability needs for master data.
  • Maintains and improves specification data coming from suppliers for new and existing items.
  • Supports the tire inbound process by troubleshooting receiving issues with ASN's and overages, shortages and damages.
  • Maintains and update documentation related to supply chain processes in Epicor P21.
  • Leverages tools such as SharePoint to facilitate free flow of communication between field teams and the Hub.

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable work experiences with a focus in supply chain systems
  • Experience with product and vendor data management and analysis
  • Experience with Data Dictionaries and Metadata management
  • Bachelor's Degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent required, MBA or equivalent preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of inventory management methodologies, measures and approaches
  • End-to-end supply chain knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex issues so different functional areas understand
  • Drives continuous improvement and influences with impact in order to deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to take complex data and analyze patterns and trends
