* As Honeywell transforms into a Cyber Industrial Company, HBT is driving a new Integrated Supply Chain manufacturing and distribution strategy based core-non-core objectives, driving significant multiyear ongoing business modeling and transformation programs.

* This position leads the development and deployment of the HBT ISC IT Strategy & Transitions (S&T) Program, providing solutions and end to end executing IT for site repositioning's, outsourcing, business model changes, resourcing projects; defining requirements, solutions and providing a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

* Responsible for the end to end IT Project delivery of Honeywell Buildings ISC transitions projects working in partnership with HBT Order to Cash IT, GBE IT, Enterprise IT (EA, EBA, RTC) solution delivery teams and their relative "sub projects" within the program

* Responsible for driving the "feasibility and strategy" phase of a potential project, coming up with overall business case and IT strategy scenarios, Cost and timeline estimates and ensuring they are included in the project workbook

* Scope of the programs typically include IT infrastructure, Data extensions , ERP Core configuration and changes, Legacy ERP and Legacy Application transformation and deployments.

* Define and manage program scope, align with overall business priorities and total transition and business requirements.

* Responsible for delivering communications to the S&T Transitions PM and IT leaders on IT transition plans, schedule and risks

* Acts as an IT Business Partner for the HBT Strategy and Transitions Program when needed as well as take on more senior assignments as a delegate of the IT Directors and IT VPs

* Partner with the various center IT organizations to ensure an effective support network as well as engagement model to support a large global varying portfolio.

* Continue improving an in house developed methodology and tool kit for IT in the Standard Transitions Process.

* Develops integrated schedule for the implementation for major business systems aligned to transitions, coordinating across the business, functions, and process owners to ensure end to end schedule alignment.

* Travel 25-50%.

25 Lead team of IT analysts responsible for end to end delivery of ISC Transitions 25 Develops a team of IT analysts and ensure Center IT Engagement Models for S&T are effective 25 Partner with ISC leadership team to build roadmap & portfolio of ISC transformation projects 25 Demonstrate how IT can further enable the S&T Function and faster and more effective transitions


* Bachelor's Degree.

* 5+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing experience.

* 3+ years of Global IT leadership experience.

* 8+ years of Project Management experience.


* Managing multiple complex business process and transformation programs.

* Improving the Standard Transitions Process for IT and develop team.

* Demonstrate how IT can further enable the S&T Function and faster and more effective transitions.

* Master's Degree.

* Proven track record and expertise in driving large portfolio of concurrent global business transformation projects of different levels of complexity.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Futuristic-orientation, contemporary business thinker.

complex issues and total value offerings to our customers.
