Position Summary

The Payment Solutions Team is hiring a senior level Product Manager with Petroleum Convenience Retail payments experience.

The role will be based at our new Global World Headquarters campus in Midtown, Atlanta. High performers will have flexibility to work from home some days, but candidates MUST be in the Atlanta Metro area.

Key Responsibilities;

* Design and drive innovation on a portfolio of Payment and Hardware solutions for the Retail teams.

* Develop of the Product Roadmap needed to not only execute the business plan but to ensure the continued success for the long term as well as the continued success of our customers.

* Product development - lead the continuous enhancement and delivery of new product functionality by defining customer needs and then translating that to requirements via user stories and other input into Scrum teams, working with cross-functional development teams, and completing/approving customer collateral (training documentation, marketing materials, user guides, etc.)

* Manage performance - Understand & influence P&L, market trends and drivers for products

* Regulation - Keep current with compliance and relevant regulations effecting the marketplace and relevant product functionality

* Communication - Communicate effectively across the organization including Sales to help them understand functionality, requirements, pricing, positioning, and strategy to drive sales/ product adoption

* Strategy - Support business strategy by clearly identifying new product enhancements, new revenue opportunities or product positioning strategies

* Competitive analysis - Research marketplace to assess developing market trends.

* Document the competition's strengths and weaknesses and recommend marketing strategies

Basic Qualifications:

* BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience

* 7 years of Software Product Management Experience with solid understanding of SDLC

* MUST have in-store payments experience.

* MUST have retail experience.

* Solid experience and understanding of current payments technologies

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

* Ability to influence and coordinate resources outside of direct control

* Effective written, verbal and presentation skills for all levels, including Sr. Management

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA

* Petroleum Convenience Retail experience
