Onsite Coordinator

The Onsite Coordinator will work to prepare a new plasma donation center for opening utilizing Standard Operating Procedures and Checklists.

The Onsite Coordinator will need to be:

* Detail oriented

* Organized and able to multi-task at all times

* Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite

* Inventory Management Experience/Knowledge

* Must be able to utilize various tools to hang/mount items to walls and assemble furniture

* Construction knowledge/experience a plus

Typical Tasks (not limited to) include: receiving freight/supplies, managing inventory, assemble items for the center such as donor beds and shelving units, and properly hanging necessary items on the walls in accordance to set floor plan. Must be able to follow guidelines and instructions to successfully setup the different areas of the center. Experience with various tools (drills, screw drivers, etc) and use of ladder required. Will be required to interact with local city and county officials to acquire business licenses and other certifications. Understanding of construction drawings is a plus. You will be required to assist in ensuring that all punch list items have been completed properly and to specification. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and also have great communication skills to work with various vendors and city/county/state officials to assist in getting the center opened. Other tasks may be required.

This position requires 100% travel to open new Plasma Centers. Typical travel ranges from 3-6 weeks onsite to open a new plasma center.
