Hybrid designer who can do everything from concept through design, production + execution of a variety of marketing campaigns for a mix of clients. Their clients range from agriculture, consumer products, education, energy, financial services, govt, healthcare + more. Responsibilities: ? Plan design concept by studying information and materials per client. ? Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. ? Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layout for approval. ? Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, etc. ? Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. ? Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. ? Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies. ? Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ? Work simultaneously on 5-10 projects based on current client deliverables Skills Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline ? Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint - specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation ? Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript ? 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency ? Experience working with WordPress and HubSpot is a plus ? Adaptive design eye and skill ? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients ? Customer Focus a must ? Attention to Detail and deadline-oriented a must
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot-certified
