- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate business reports such as the ESC monthly scorecard and transaction volume report
- Analyze performance data (daily metrics) and compare against target metrics. Report out to each department on regular basis
- Develop monthly performance reports for internal ESC leadership and stakeholders
- Manage, report, and communicate SLAs and KPIs and ensure that targets are being achieved
- Visualize, analyze, and deliver data to tell a story or answer specific business questions
- Pull and distribute ad hoc, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports from HR systems including, but not limited to – PeopleSoft HCM, Cisco Finesse phone, call recording, Kronos timekeeping, ServiceNow case management, TalentQuest performance management, Concur travel and expense, Jobvite recruiting, and Silk Road onboarding systems
- Responsible for compliance reporting including but not limited to Vets100, EEO-1, E-verify, pre-employment screening and affirmative action
- Work with ESC management team to create a prioritized list of needs and build dashboard reporting to assist with managing and measuring performance, tracking trends, and making recommendations for process improvements
- Fulfill ad-hoc query requests from corporate and HR field operations
- Identify performance trends and gaps to address as part of continuous process improvement program
- Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base
- Manage HR Analytics tool by creating reports, interfacing new data elements, resolving issues, etc.
Requirements
- PeopleSoft HCM query experience required
- 3 – 5 years of experience working with HRIS systems/data required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and resourceful
- Background working in HR and knowledge of various HR systems (Kronos is a plus)
- Ability to manipulate data across multiple systems and platforms
- Advanced knowledge in Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, formatting, charting, etc.)
- High level of autonomy and resourcefulness
- Ability to interpret data and explain trends
- Familiarity with SQL, including running reports and queries mandatory
