Elavon Inc. currently seeks a Director, Creative Communications and Engagement responsible for creating a positive employee experience by evaluating employee engagement strategies, planning and developing creative videos, podcast/webcasts, wikis, and forums. By listening and communicating with our employees, this role will directly impact our goal of continuing to build an engaged workforce through collaboration and innovation.

While our parent company, U.S. Bank, is responsible for building and executing annual employee surveys, Elavon has the opportunity and responsibility to derive insights from the survey and plan our employee engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop effective targeted communication plans for our employees with the use of creative channels and methods (events, interactive content, videos, podcast/webcasts, wikis, forums and surveys) to cascade to our employees on a regular basis.

* Using targeted communications and tools, engage employees by inclusion to new and innovative corporate strategies, actions we're taking as a Company, and any changes that may impact them.

* Craft a comprehensive multi-channel digital employee platform and measure the effectiveness of our communication efforts.

* Partner with Internal Communication teams to improve employee outreach and plan and execute one-off surveys for targeted audiences – specific offices, teams.

* Leverage common tools and platforms to ensure content is user-friendly and impactful.

Required Qualifications:

* Advanced education in a relevant field preferred and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and employee outreach and engagement experience.

* High degree of knowledge of employee engagement best practices.

* Extensive experience creating and distributing messages utilizing creative channels (podcasts, videos, blogs, and webinars).

* Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.

* Strong understanding of MS Office tools (PPT, Word, Excel) and ability to present to executives and key stakeholders on regular basis.

* Ability to analyze large amounts of data, derive insights that are actionable, and convey them in a way that tells a story and is visually convincing.

* Ability to create organization-wide strategies and manage short and long term projects.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Previous experience analyzing employee satisfaction data; strong analytical and data analysis skills.

* Extensive demonstrated track record building and managing relationships with senior executives to include C suite.

* Experience in employee aspect of change management efforts.

* Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.

* Comfortable working in a fast paced work environment.

* Very flexible with changing priorities.

* Comfortable collaboratively working with, or for, other departments and areas on occasion.

* Atlanta based position; relocation is unavailable

* Travel may include up to 10%
