Deskside Support Techncian

We're currently looking for a qualified Deskside Support Analyst to work onsite in Brookhaven, GA. Must have strong Mac support skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support deskside hardware / software
  • 80% Mac support
  • Support OKTA SSO Platform support
  • Support of the Google stack
  • Basic Slack support
  • Support for Adaxes / Active Directory accounts
  • Troubleshoot integration issues with IBM Notes
  • Support basic conference room technology
  • Effectively establish and maintain relationships with other teams
  • Cross-train and assist in supporting legacy infrastructures

Qualifications:

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills to isolate and diagnose common problems
  • Very strong Mac experience required
  • Google stack experience
  • Basic understanding of SSO and conference room technology
  • A self-starter with experience in building and fostering relationships while working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills
