Purpose

  • Be a CRM subject matter expert, to lead discussions and draw functional requirements out of business subject matter experts
  • Identify and organise customer needs into CRM project requirements, and work with the project team to successfully implement those requirements
  • Manage projects to deliver on time and on budget
  • Uphold the company core values (Integrity, Open, Innovation, Value and Passion) throughout every interaction

Objectives

  • Be a CRM and Sugar product expert
  • Collaboratively work with customers and project team members to define and prioritise business requirements
  • Deliver project deliverables and manage projects according to the cost and time deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of personal billable work (exceeding 70% utilization on a quarterly basis)
  • Deliver extraordinary customer relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM functional discussions with customers and leverage your knowledge of CRM best practices to define and prioritise business requirements
  • Work with the project team to translate requirements into project deliverables
  • Coordinate project activities and manage customer and Sugar resources for project deliverables
  • Perform as the product owner during scrum meetings
  • Actively work with customers and the project team to resolve issues
  • Engage during pre-Sales to credential Sugar and Services capabilities
  • Develop a good understanding of SugarCRM product capabilities and best practices. Become Sugar certified
  • Domestic and International travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of CRM best practices
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and enterprise software implementation/projects. CRM or ERP
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to maintain open communication with all levels of the organization. Comfortable leading discussions
  • Experience implementing cloud/SaaS software solutions
  • Experience facilitating requirements sessions with business users, IT and senior management
  • Strong experience with business process definition and design
  • Experience estimating work effort
  • Experience managing projects – timeline, resources and financials
  • Experience in end user training
  • History of successful project completion (on time, on budget) for projects where you have worked on the requirements
  • General office skills are required. Familiarity with project management and/or other tracking tools is required
  • Project management cert. (e.g. PMP) desired but not essential
  • Experience working with global and offshore teams
  • Experience working with Sugar products is a Big Plus

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a software professional services organization or consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, E&Y, etc.) with Business Analysis responsibility
  • BA/BS degree, MS/MBA preferred
  • Understanding of implementation methodology and practices – Agile, SCRUM, etc
  • Experience creating detailed project documents – project plan, functional design, use cases, test plans, etc.
  • Experience facilitating requirements sessions with business users, IT and senior management
